What types of returns/exchanges are accepted?

We only accept returns/exchanges that are damaged on delivery or the wrong size.


What is the returns/exchanges process?

First, click here and fill a request form. Next, Repackage the item and ship it to the our returns department (find the address below).


Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, the customer pays for shipping.


How long is it before a refund or exchange is issued?

It can take up to three weeks for an exchange or refund to be issued.


*Returns/Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis. Filling a return request DOES NOT guarantee a refund or exchange.
